    Best Ganache Guide ever

Having messed around with thinking I no how to make and use ganache - I didn’t - got Sally’s All About Ganache Guide - and now I do. It is so easy to understand and follow, with pics too, and I have just made and covered an 8” x 4 layer cake in perfect ganache - as a crumb coat and probably only have about 4 tablespoons left - so no waste or saving it etc as Sally gives u perfect portions to use for the sizes u r using. My confidence in this is a little high at the moment as I am now going to fully cover a cake in ganache with colour!!!

Definitely the best ganache guide I've come across. Masses of knowledgeable and helpful information and tips. Really useful whether you're new to ganache or been making wedding/celebration cakes for years. The quantities section is invaluable. Thank you.

    Incredible Guide

Just want to say a mahooosive thank you for the ganache guide. I’m a true hobby baker of celebration cakes, and recently bit-off more than I could chew for a friend’s big birthday bash. Having had just as many fails as wins with buttercream, I took a leap of faith and bought your guide.

It was far from perfect, and I did baking no no of not trialing it first, but this made it so straight forward and enjoyable. I managed to get the smoothest finish. Thank you so much! Ganache all the way from now on!
