Pick from a selection of 1:1 classes to help enhance your skills, with both full and half day classes available.

All classes will include lunch and refreshments and will be held at my purpose built kitchen at my home in broughton moor, cumbria (just a stones throw from the beautiful lake district).

They will predominantly run between the months october - march but some summer classes may be available depending on availability and the calendar will be updated regularly.

Currently all classes are aimed at those with some experience of icing cakes but new classes will be added over time.
