In this extended half day class, you will learn how to cover a single tier cake in ganache and explore different types of floral techniques including, fresh, buttercream and edible flowers. The class will include: -How to make white chocolate ganache correctly. -How to effectively cover a single tier cake in ganache. -How to press and apply edible flowers to a cake. -How to create a carved flower look. -How to create a buttercream flower look. -How to decorate the cake in a style of your choice. -How to prepare and arrange fresh flowers on a cake. Includes lunch and refreshments. Skill level: intermediate to advanced Class length: 6 Hours
